Pets' Corner: Will all my cats get along? (Independent)
My 13-year-old daughter and I would like to get a short-haired, grey "teacup" Chihuahua. We have two eight-year-old cats and I am worried about how they would get on together. Also, it would be alone while my daughter is at school and I've heard they pee a lot. Is this true? Rosie Sauvage, via e-mail

The dogs at last Friday’s Yappy Hour at the YMCA of the Rockies gave “paws-up” to author Elizabeth Wrenn, who read from her novel, “Around the Next Corner,” a tale of a mid-life divorcee’s journey raising a guide-dog puppy for the blind, which was published last summer.
